This is a 24 min standing & floor stretch. A barefoot Jennifer leads in a gym w/ a group of background exercisers. You will need a towel for some of the stretches. There are music options available and modifications are performed.

Keeping in the JNL style- each stretch is performed for 30 seconds. Standing stretches include: side bends, neck rolls, neck stretches, forward bend & fold, crouching spine stretch, & crouching calf stretch. floor stretches include: spine twist, butterfly stretch, seated lower body stretches, and she uses the towel to enhance the stretches.

This is a great get-the-job done stretch dvd! I really enjoyed it and am not typically a fan of stretch dvds. It really is a must have in this set and I highly recommend using it in conjunction with all the strength work youre doing in these workouts. Love that this is relaxing and rejuvenating but not boring. Jennifer is a great lead and provides great form & breathing reminders. I received this dvd to review.

This dvd has a 30 min strength workout, a 10 min floor booty routine, and a 12 min core routine. The dvd is chaptered and includes premixes. Angie works out in a brick gym with 2 backgrounders, modifications are provided. You will only need dumbbells for this workout.

Buff Body Blast: Angie uses one heavier dumbbell or 2 lighter dumbbells for these routines.Exercises include: dip & clean & press adding a chop, curtsy & knee pulls, knee raise & pass the weight under, deadlift & row, hammer curl adding rotator cuff work, side lunge & row, tric kickbacks adding single leg squat, blanace deadlift- knee raise- dip, squat UR row, and pliet w/ big arm cirlces. The combo moves in this did raise my heartrate.

Booty Burner: is a floor routine that includes bridge & weighted donkey kick variations. Core & Pelvic Floor: is a floor core routine that includes pushups, elevator & side planks, and a butterfly series.

I rate these intermediate routines that are easy to modify up or down by adjusting your poundage. Angie uses 8-10 lbs, but I found her controlled pace allowed me to up the poundage with no problems. Great pace- no rushing but no wasted time, great form pointers & cuing. Enjoyed the format and appreciate the chaptering & premixes. I received this dvd to review.

Weekend Update: Had a fun weekend! Was super bummed that our tubing trip got cancelled BUT a friends bday party at a local casino pool party was an awesome substitute!!! Seriously, we had a blast! Met some old friends of DH's that recently moved here from home (WA). I may have met them at one point way back in the day but neither of us remember each other so....So I hope we can get back there again this summer. We still have at least a month of prime pool time here in the desert.

This is a fully chaptered 55 minute workout & includes plenty of premixes. Cathe leads with 4 background exercisers in a nice gym set. You will need dumbbells, a step, a stretchy loop and gliding discs (or alternatives) for this workout. Love the top 40-esque music.

The main workout chapters are: w/u, Fitness Blast, Firewalker Tabata, Circuit Blast, Plyo Tabata, Stretch. The bonus workouts are: Core and Low Impact Cardio Tabata.

Exercises include: scissor & tuck jumps, walking pliets, crouching band jacks, squat -adduct - military press, weighted skater, heel click jacks, jack & tuck, air jacks, hi knee run, disc pushup jacks, warrior lunge & knee raise, wood chops, weighted plyo lunges, weighted mogul & hop up, crab kicks, bike, disc climbers, cardio lunges, pliet raises, disc lunges, 180 hops, squat digs, floor touches. 

This is an advanced workout that really packs a cardio punch! I thought the weights really added to the cardio effect. Cathe provides great motivation, excellent cuing, and unique & original exercises. I really enjoyed the tabata segments and love the use of the discs. I really liked the athletic & unique choreography that was easy to follow. Great pace- no wasted time but not rushed. I received this dvd to review.
