I love foaming soap in general cuz I feel that it cleans better Love Lysol Touch of Foam even more because it kills 99% of bacteria. Great smell, the pump works great, not so much foam that its overkill but enough to get a great lather. Cleans dirty hands. I had no problem getting food coloring off my hands with Lysol Touch of Foam. Two thumbs up for great cleaning ability. Love that it kills bacteria so perfect for kitchen use and great for cold & flu season. Keep the germs at bay!

Manna Kale Chips: are the IDEAL healthy potato chip replacement- crunchy, salty, and satisfying and available in a variety of flavors- you can really satisfy your snack cravings with these! I was able to try the Curry Bliss and the Pizza Margherita - oh my gosh- so GOOD! Crisp & filling these are the perfect answer to all your snack cravings. I love curry and the Curry Bliss was exceptionally good. And of course Im a pizza lover so the Pizza Margherita were so good! Even DH enjoyed them both and that is saying a lot. I was pleasantly surprised by the nutritional content: 1/2 a bag is only 3.5 grams of fat and 60 calories (Pizza Margherita)! Amazing. These will definitely be a staple in my pantry! If you have not yet tried the Manna Kale Chips- DO SO NOW! You will be hooked, just like me. Sweaty Bands STAY PUT and Look Fab!

I LOVE with Sweaty Bands- why? Because they STAY PUT! They keep my hair out of my eyes and the sweat off my face! ACE HiiT Series: Total Body HiiT
Chris Freytag, 2013

Chris leads this 30 minute total body routine alone in a nice studio set, and provides plenty of modification options. You will need dumbbells for this classic HiiT workout- each exercise lasts for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds rest completed for 4 minutes followed by a 45 second rest. You perform 2 rounds of 4 exercises two times total, and then one final round of 4 different exercises.

After a warmup, exercises include: lunge & curl, travel squat hops & KB swings, side lunge & row, mogul tucks, 3 point pushups, fast feet jumps, curtsy & lat raise, skater, dip & punch, weighted squat hops, French press toe taps, and 180 squat jumps.

This is a high intermediate routine. Chris accomplishes a lot in a short amount of time, lots of great multi-muscle exercises get the heart rate up and get great strength work in. The added cardio moves, make this a great well rounded workout. Chris is an excellent lead- no wasted time, not rushed, and motivating & fun! I am really liking this set- perfect for those with only 30 minutes a day but want to get in a great workout. I received this dvd to review.

Girl Scout Cookie Somoa Martini Recipe

 Adult beverage recipe: Girl Scout Cookie Somoa Martini

Ingredients

Glass Garnishes

• sugar free chocolate syrup
• shredded coconut
• sugar free caramel syrup

Drink

• 2 oz chocolate liqueur - Godiva is good
• 1 1/2 oz caramel vodka - Smirnoff is good
• 1 1/2 oz Malibu rum
• 1 oz fat free half and half

Directions:

Put some chocolate syrup on a plate. Twist the edge of the glass into the syrup coating the entire rim. Then sprinkle coconut onto the glass into the syrup.

In a chilled cocktail shaker, combine all of the drink ingredients and then shake vigorously.

Pour into the glass and then drizzle some caramel syrup on top of the cocktail and on the rim. Garnish with a cookie.

I am hosting a rainbow & unicorn theme party this summer- this is an adult party (hehe) but of course it would be perfect for all those lovely little ladies out there that are celebrating a festive fairy tale party! I had the pleasure of reviewing two awesome rainbow products, a cool table cloth and a fun rainbow fabric bunting. Check them out:

Rainbow Tablecover. This is made of high quality plastic- not those see through ones you can find at other party stores. This will definitly get quite a few uses and will hold up on my dessert table perfectly for my party. I absolutely love this tablecover and it will surely be noticed! I went to three different stores looking for something similar and couldnt find a rainbow tablecover. So I should have known- just head on over to Windy City Novelties for a great selection, great quality, and a great price!

Rainbow Fabric Bunting: THIS IS SO FREAKIN' COOL!!!! It is fabric- so this will get used over & over. I received the package last night and this is amazing: bright colors, high quality fabric, great length, and the adjustable drawstring ensures that it will fit wherever you hang it. I am going to hang it on the "bar" countertop area where we will set out the party food. Quick and easy set up but amazing look. I am thrilled about the way this looks!

Unicorn Child Costume:  This is my absolute favorite unicorn costume I have found to date. I wish it came in my size. Its so funny! I love this one so much! All you mama's out there- keep this one in mind for Halloween which will be upon us soon! Your little princess will be so cute wearing this. And I bet she wont want to take it off. So fun and so cute! Very unique indeed. Windy City Novelties also has this in a pink unicorn, but I am partial to the white (though both are cute!)

Magical Unicorn Adult Costume: I love this costume so much because it comes with the fur leg warmers- perfect for the real unicorn look and feel. The leg warmers are so fun! And I bet they will keep you warm during the cold Halloween season. You could definitely add leggings to this if you are cold or for warmer climates (I live in the dessert) go with the costume as is for a super hot look! This costume comes complete with Unicorn Horn Headpiece, Dress, Tail, and Leg Warmers  - everything you need to be the hit of the party! Halloween or not, theme parties are the hottest trend.
